Medialuso and Kronomav to present the integrated 3D production system at the IBC in Amsterdam
The companies will take their 3D OB van to the prestigious audiovisual fair
From 9th to the 14th September, Medialuso and Kronomav will be taking part in the IBC in Amsterdam to present its innovative IN3D LIVE system, which has been jointly developed for the live broadcast of events in 3D.
Both companies are two of the very few businesses with a live 3D broadcast capability. They offer a comprehensive technological package for the production of live 3D stereoscopic events as well as integrating the format in the entire production chain (RIG’s, SIP’s, CODEC, etc) in their HD 3D OB van, which can be visited at the event. The system developed by Medialuso and Kronomav has already been used for live broadcasts of Roland Garros 2011, the UEFA Champions League, the Windsurf Championships as well as other events over the course of the last year. In addition, IN3D LIVE also includes the possibility of converting 2D images into 3D for special cameras such as the Ultra Slow Motion, the Spider Cam and the Helicam.
The Medialuso 3D OB van will be located in Hall 0 (outside), booth 20. Another Imagina Group company: wTVision, will also have its own stand at the IBC, in the main Hall, booth 3.C61.
